Geneva “Nevie” Fannin McGlone, 75, of Olive Hill, KY entered into rest Thursday Morning, March 31, 2016 at the Carter Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Grayson, KY.  Born May 13, 1940 on Smokey Creek, she was the daughter of the late Carlos Fannin and Tina Opal Humphries Fannin.

Geneva was a Loving Mother, Wife, Homemaker and a member of the Kibbey Chapel Church for 35 Years.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one brother, Eugene Fannin; a niece Evelyn Diann Fannin VanHoose; a Great nephew Jason Stephen VanHoose II; a brother-in-law Charles Fultz and a sister-in-law Karen Bond Fannin .

Geneva is survived by her loving Husband of 52 years, Carsol McGlone whom she married January 1, 1964; one son Richard Allen McGlone; one sister Evelyn James and Her Husband Phil; two brothers Carl Fannin and his wife Rosemary and Dale Fannin; several nieces and nephews and a host of friends and relatives that will sadly miss her.

Funeral Services will be conducted 2:00 PM Sunday April 3, 2016 at the Duvall & Moore Funeral Home, 149 Whitt Street, Olive Hill, KY with Sister Jeannie Harris and Bro. Jack Hinton Officiating. Burial will follow in the Oakland Cemetery in Olive Hill. 

Serving as pallbearers will be Eric Hickman; John Henry Stamper; David Jessie; Chris Stamper; Glen “Bub” Parsons and Tony Buckler. Honorary pallbearers will be Leroy Ison and Larry Burke.

Friends may call 6-9 PM Friday April 1, 2016, Anytime Saturday April 2, 2016 and from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM Sunday at the Funeral Home.
