William “Bill” Kelly Bradley

1949-2023

William “Bill” Kelly Bradley, 74 of Olive Hill, KY entered into rest Monday morning November 20, 2023 at his residence. Bill was born May 11, 1949 in Carter County, KY a son of the late William Earl and Bessie Daurine Kelly Bradley.

Bill Served his county in the Unite States Army and the Army reserve during the Vietnam conflict. He retired from Ral-Co’s Manufacturing in Olive Hill, KY with 23 years in the cutting department. He also served as a custodian for 18 years at Upper Tygart Elementary. Bill was also a Farmer and enjoyed working in his workshop making things to give to People. But most of all Bill was a Christian with a firm faith, he attended Henderson Branch Church and Upper Tygart Freewill Baptist Church where he loved to sing for the lord.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by seven brothers-in-law, Billy Sparks, Frank Fultz, Charles L. Stevens, Samuel A. Stevens, Mitch Roe, Donald Ray Bond and Ronnie Nolan.

He is survived by his Loving wife of almost 50 years, Voline Stevens Bradley whom he wed May 4, 1974, four sisters and two brothers-in-law, Hazel Christine Snipes and her husband Billy or Morehead, KY, Edna Earl Fultz of Morehead, KY, Madeline Sparks of Olive Hill, KY and Anita and Tony King of Olive Hill, KY; several special Nieces and Nephews and one special friend Cindy Rivers. In addition to these he leaves a host of relatives and friends that will cherish his memory.

Funeral Services will be conducted 1:00 PM Saturday November 25, 2023 at the Upper Tygart Freewill Baptist Church, 20343 W. US Hwy. 60, Olive Hill, KY 41164 with Bro Jason Johnston, Bro Steve Mabry and  Bro. Clyde Holbrook officiating. Burial will follow in the Stevens Cemetery in Lewis County with Military Honors Conducted by the Olive Hill America Legion Post 138.

Visitation will be 6:00 – 9:00 PM Friday November 24, 2023, at the Duvall & Moore Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 149 Whitt Street Olive Hill, KY and after 10:00 AM Saturday at the Church.

Serving as pallbearers will be, Jeff Roe, Tommy Bond, Samuel Stevens, Lefty Stevens, Tony Nolan, Ashby Stevens, Stephen Roe, and Caleb Rayburn,

Honorary Pallbearers will be Steve Stevens, Mitch Stevens, Larry Knipp, Mort Sparks, Marvin Sparks, Brian Roe and Chase Jessie.
