Violet Cline Little

1937 - 2019

Violet Cline Little, 82, entered into rest Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at Community Hospice Center in Ashland, KY.  She was born July 11, 1937, in Logan, WV, a daughter of the late James and Ottie Rose Cline.

Violet was a homemaker and attended Flat Fork Church of God. She enjoyed spending time with her family, talking to people, attending church events and shopping.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death in 1961 by her husband, Ernie Little; two sisters, Shirley Cline Little and Nellie Cline Bucher; and two brothers, James Jr. Cline and Cletis Cline.

Violet is survived by one daughter, Trish Little of Olive Hill; three sisters, Wilma Cline of Olive Hill, Pauline Fletcher of Mooresville, NC and Edith Foot of Mansfield, OH; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM, Monday, September 16, 2019 at Duvall & Moore Funeral Home & Cremation Service with Bro. Steve Madden officiating. Burial will follow at the Walnut Grove Cemetery in Olive Hill, KY.

Friends may visit from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM, Monday, September 16, 2019 at the Duvall & Moore Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 149 Whitt Street Olive Hill, KY.
