Teresa Sue Boggs Rose, 65, of Olive Hill, KY entered rest Wednesday morning, July 27, 2022, at the Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, KY. She was born October 14, 1956, in Olive Hill, KY a daughter of the late Richard and Ina Waggoner Boggs.
Teresa was of the Christian Faith and had worked at the Mushroom Mines in her younger years. She treasured her family and was a devoted Wife, Mother, and Mamaw to her two grandsons of whom she was most proud. She enjoyed talking and playing cards with her grandsons, she loved being a Homemaker and enjoyed a good Bingo Game back in her “Dobbing” Days.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her Husband of 44 years, Gregory Allen Rose, one brother Darrell “Doc” Boggs and a sister-in-law, Linda Boggs.
She is survived by one son Richard (Deanna) Boggs; two grandsons, Ethan Boggs, and Bradyn Flener; two brothers, Shauley Boggs and Ronnie Boggs. In addition to these she is survived by a host of relatives and friends that will Cherish her memory.
Funeral Services will be Conducted 12:00 Noon Saturday July 30, 2022, at the Duvall & Moore Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Olive Hill, KY with Bro. Phillip Roe officiating. Burial will follow in the Walnut Grove Cemetery in Olive Hill, KY.
Visitation will be 10:00 AM-12:00 Noon Saturday, July 30, 2022, at the Duvall & Moore Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 149 Whitt Street, Olive Hill, KY 41164.
Gary Jenkins, Brandon Boggs, Tyler Hanshaw, Bradyn Flener, Ethan Boggs, Jeff Holbrook, Shawn Hanshaw, and Jackie Brown will serve as Pallbearers.
Shauley Boggs, Ronnie Boggs, Jeff Littleton and Watt Hanshaw will serve as Honorary Pallbearers.
