Reeder Douglas “Doug” Crider, age 64 of Vanceburg, KY entered into rest Wednesday morning November 19, 2025, at his residence. He was born on December 14, 1960, in Mansfield, OH.
Doug attended Kibbey Chapel Church, loved spending time with his family and grandchildren, he also enjoyed fishing, hunting mushrooms and riding motorcycles.
He was preceded in death by his parents Maggie and Phillip Duncan and Gearald and Judy Crider, In addition he was also preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Reeder and Florence McGlone and paternal grandparents Noel and Mary Crider; two brothers Robin Crider, Jospeh Ray Duncan and a special nephew Casey James Crider.
He is survived by his loving wife of 23 years Tina Noel Flannery Crider; four children, Janice Nicole Johnson, Mary Angela (Ronald) Burke, Justin Douglas Crider and Phillip Reed Douglas (Autumn) Crider and a bonus daughter Lanette ( David) Blankenship; three sisters Patricia (Steve) Porter, Becky Manning, Jeri Lyn (Josh) Thilmony; seven brothers James Crider, Glenn Stamper, Estill Stamper, Curt (Melinda) Crider, Steven (Betty) Crider, Paul Nathan (Erica) Crider and DeWayne (Andera) Crider; 20 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews, relatives and friends that will cherish his memory.
Graveside Services will be conducted 2:00 PM Monday November 24, 2025, at Bethel Cemetery in Olive Hill, KY with Glenn Stamper and Mark Blankenship officiating.
Pallbearers will be Justin Crider, Jayden Crider, Phillip Crider, Brennan Crider, Wyatt Crider, Bryson Crider, Caleb Pennington, Zachary Johnson and Haylan Callahan.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Colin Pennington, James Crider, Arlie Cummings, Brentley Cummings, Gunner Purnell, Colt Crider, Branson Callahan, Dakota Littleton, Wyatt Blankenship and Hudson Blankenship.
