Phillip Kenneth Clark Jr., age 69 of Olive Hill, KY entered into rest Wednesday morning November 6, 2024, at Cornerstone Hospital in Huntington, WV. He was born on July 9, 1955, in Lewis County, KY, a son of the late Phillip Kenneth Clark Sr. and Ethel Howard Clark.
Phillip was a member of the Christian Holiness Church of Trough Camp. He worked at Fuel Stop in Catlettsburg, KY, and enjoyed spending time with his family, working on cars, and tinkering on old things. He enjoyed going to auctions and went out of his way to check on his neighbors.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters; Linda (Buffy) Click, Brenda Clark, Stella Clark Curtis Clark; one brother; Wayne Clark.
Phillip is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Audrey Alexander Clark whom he married in 1994. In addition, he is survived by family nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM Friday, November 8, 2024, at the Duvall & Moore Funeral Home and Cremation Service, with Bro. Daniel Miller officiating. Burial will follow at the Bethel Cemetery.

Jeff Alexander, Leroy Richmond, Bear McGlone, Glen Clark, Joey McGlone, Harmon Click will serve as pallbearers.
