Obituary
Michael “Big Mike” Holbrook, 63, of Olive Hill, KY entered into rest Saturday Morning March 25, 2023, at the Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, KY. Michael was born November 13, 1959, at Stovall Hospital in Grayson, KY a son of the late Cleo and Olive Barker Holbrook.
He was retired Tele Communications Installer and of the Baptist Faith. He enjoyed spending time with his family, children and especially his grandchildren, motorcycles and being with his four-legged buddy “Gus”.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister Lois Wagoner.
He is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Regina and Dustin Stewart; one son and daughter-in-law Tyler and Ariel Holbrook; one sister and brother-in-law, Arvetta and Greg Bryant; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Edd and Hazel Branham, Larry and Lorene Branham; three grandchildren Gavin Stewart, Marley Holbrook and Jasper Holbrook. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews who adored him and a host of relatives and friends who will cherish his memory.
Funeral Services will be Conducted 8:00PM Wednesday March 29,2023 at the Duvall & Moore Funeral Home Cremation Service with Brother Bobby Day and David Bryant Officiating. Burial will follow in the Boggs Cemetery in Elliott County on Thursday Morning March 30, 2023.
Visitation will be 6-8PM Wednesday March 29,2023 at the Duvall and Moore Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 149 Whitt Street Olive Hill, KY 41164.
