Mary Magdalene Kitchen, 64, of Minford, OH, formerly of Olive Hill, KY entered into rest Friday, October 13, 2023 at the Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth, OH. She was born April 5, 1959, in Morehead, KY, a daughter of the late Roy Kenneth and Zannada Kathleen Smith Kitchen.
Mary spent most of her years as a homemaker and caring for her children, grandchildren, and anyone else who needed her, and through the years there were many she loved and cared for. To know her was to know the definition of unconditional love. Her love for people knew no boundaries. She had a magnetism about her that brought peace, happiness, and joy to everyone around her. Mary deeply loved God, her children, family and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Frances Crank; and one brother, Sammy Kitchen.
Mary is survived by two daughters, Christina (Josh) Masko, and Felicia Kitchen (Jason Duncan); one sister, Donna (Chris) Middleton; one brother, Eddie (Chrissy) Kitchen; ten grandchildren, Kearra Mason, Joshua Masko Jr., Shyanna Lewis, Hayden Criswell, Lanie Lewis, Jacob Masko, Ethan Masko, Cody Duncan, Carly Duncan, and Isaiah Duncan; and her longtime companion, Estil Winn. In addition to these, she leaves behind a host of family and friends who will greatly miss her and cherish her memory.
Funeral Services will be conducted 12:00 PM Tuesday, October 17, 2023, at the Duvall & Moore Funeral Home & Cremation Service with Bro. Daniel Long officiating. Burial will follow in the Olive Hill Memorial Park.
Visitation will be 5:00 PM- 8:00 PM Monday, October 16, 2023, and 9:00 AM until the time of service Tuesday, October 17, 2023, at the Duvall & Moore Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 149 Whitt Street, Olive Hill, KY.
Joshua Masko Jr., Hayden Criswell, Cody Duncan, Brian Biggs, Kaleb Kitchen, Trace Kitchen, Isaiah Duncan, & Jacob Masko will serve as pallbearers.
Ethan Masko will serve as an honorary pallbearer.
