Lorene (Boggs) Branham

Lorene Boggs Branham, 71, of Elliott County, KY entered into rest Saturday evening October 28, 2023 at her residence. She was born August 31, 1952 in Elliott County, KY a daughter of the late Willie and Gracie Roe Boggs.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one sister, Flora Leadingham; and two brothers, Delmas Frank Boggs and Glenwood Boggs.

Lorene was a graduate of Elliott County High School in Sandy Hook, KY and of the Christian Faith.  A loving wife, mother, and grandmother; in her younger years she had worked at Ashland Sales in Olive Hill, KY. She loved yard saling and helping her friends and family in any way she could.

She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Larry Branham; three sons and one daughter-in-law, Darby Branham and Chris Branham of Elliott County, KY, Brian Branham and his wife Crystal of Olive Hill, KY; one sister Yvonne Boggs of Elliott County, KY; five brothers and one sister-in-law, Carmel Boggs, Ova Boggs and his wife Betty, Willie Boggs Jr., David Ray Boggs and Kenneth Boggs all of Elliott County, KY; two grandchildren Christopher Blake Branham and Alyssa Katlyn Branham. She is also survived by a host of relatives and friends that will cherish her memory.

Funeral Services will be conducted 11:00 AM Wednesday November 1, 2023 at the Duvall & Moore Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Olive Hill, KY with Bro. Elijah Wagoner officiating. Burial will follow in the Boggs Family Cemetery in Elliott County.

Visitation will be 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM Tuesday October 31, 2023 at the Duvall & Moore Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 149 Whitt Street Olive Hill, KY 41164.
