Lois “Jeri” Geraldine Crawford Barber    

1937-2023

Lois “Jeri” Geraldine Crawford Barber, 86, of Grayson, KY entered into rest Tuesday evening, May 30, 2023 at St. Claire Regional Medical Center. She was born January 3, 1937 in Carter County, KY; a daughter of the late Alice Rogers Kiser and Orville Kiser.

Jeri was of the Christian faith and a member of Christ Community Church in Olive Hill. She was a retired school teacher, having taught in Ohio and in Carter County.  She also served on the Carter County Conservation Board of Directors.  Jeri enjoyed playing Bridge, Scrabble, and reading; and she especially loved spending time with her family.

Jeri is survived by her son, Jesse (Ruth) Barber, one granddaughter, Stephanie Barber (Shannon Byar); and four great-  grandchildren, Zane, Sullivan, Remington, and Kannon. In addition to these, she leaves behind other relatives and friends who will greatly miss her and cherish her memory.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM, Friday, June 2, 2023 at the Duvall & Moore Funeral Home & Cremation Service with Bro. Scott Caulley officiating.  Burial will follow at the Pleasant Valley Cemetery.

Friends may visit 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM, Friday, June 2, 2023 at the Duvall & Moore Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 149 Whitt Street, Olive Hill, KY.
