Lisa Lee Reynolds
1969 – 2026
Lisa Lee Hanshaw Reynolds, 56, entered into rest Monday, May 11, 2026, at UK St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead, KY. She was born August 27, 1969, in Niles, OH to Virginia Koniowski Hanshaw and the late John Hanshaw.
Lisa preferred a quiet, private life; enjoying the simple joys of the people she loved most. Her greatest happiness was being “Nana”, and her grandchildren were truly her world. She filled their lives - and many others - with warmth, love, and happiness. She was a member of the Mills Branch Apostolic Church. She will be remembered for a life lived quietly and kindly; and for the love she had for her family.
In addition to her mother, Lisa is survived by one daughter, Krista (Bradley) Workman; one son, Johnathan Reynolds; the love of her life for many years, Charley Reynolds; three sisters, Tammy (Steve) Collins, Teresa (Pete) Boggs, and Cheryl (Scott) Adams; five grandchildren, Brantley Reynolds, Paisley Reynolds, Rylee Workman, Bryton Workman, and Amelia Reynolds; her nieces and nephews whom she loved, Allen, Rachel, “Little” Charlie, Rebecca, Ben, Blake, Amanda, and Heather; and a close aunt, Jackie Hanshaw.
Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 PM, Friday, May 15, 2026 at the Duvall & Moore Funeral Home & Cremation Service with Bro. Larry Joe Ruley officiating. Burial will follow at the Reynolds Family Cemetery, Olive Hill, KY.
Friends may visit 11:00 AM until the time of service, Friday, May 15, 2026 at the Duvall and Moore Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 149 Whitt Street, Olive Hill, KY 41164.
