Lee Roy Fultz
1943-2026
Lee Roy Fultz, 82, of Olive Hill, KY entered into rest Wednesday afternoon, January 14, 2026, at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, KY. He was born on July 14, 1943 in Wesleyville, KY, a son to the late Minnie Mae Holbrook and Hezekiah “Coon” Fultz.
Lee was of the Christian faith and was a member of Olive Hill Methodist Church since 2023. He proudly served his country as a United States Marine from 1962 to 1968. Lee enjoyed sports of all kinds, especially basketball and football. He enjoyed cheering on his favorite teams, including U.K., the Minnesota Vikings, the Cincinnati Bengals, and Ohio State. He was a member of the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels, as well as a 12 year member of American Legion Post #138. Lee was an all-around people person. He seldom met a stranger and loved talking, kidding, and laughing with everyone.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Idora Rawlins; and two brothers and one sister-in-law, Kenny (Juanita) Fultz and Clyde Fultz.
Lee is survived by his wife of nearly 13 years, Carla Williams Fultz; four daughters, Leah Jill (Marvin) Whiteside of Athens, OH, Jeanetta May (Rick) Powers of Canal Fulton, OH, Leighann Fultz of Akron, OH, and Amy (Danny) Reed of St. Mary’s, WV; one son, Shawn Lee (Jen Lee) Fultz of Hanahan, SC; one brother, Ray (Glenda) Fultz of Three Rivers, MI; and seven grandchildren, Tayleigh, Olivia, Carson, Lilliana, Lauren, Hannah, and Paul. In addition to these, he leaves behind a host of other family and friends who will cherish his memory.
Funeral Services with Military Honors will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Saturday, January 17, 2026, at the Duvall & Moore Funeral Home & Cremation Service with Bro. John Lambert and Bro. Phil Lefebvre officiating. Burial will follow at Olive Hill Memorial Park in Olive Hill, KY.
Friends may visit 11:00 - 2:00 PM Saturday, January 17, 2026, at the Duvall & Moore Funeral Home & Cremation Service 149 Whitt Street, Olive Hill, KY 41164.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
