Isabelle Dalphine Roxy "Belle" Moore

Isabelle "Belle" Dalphine Roxy Moore, age 28, of Ashland, KY passed away unexpectedly Thursday morning, November 13, 2025 at her residence. She was born January 30, 1997 in Ashland, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Golda Lavone Alexander and Isreal Moore.

Belle loved Music, Movies, Balloons and going to the beach and eating at Captain D’s, She touched many people in her short journey on this earth.

In addition to her father she is survived by special Uncle and Aunt  Garland Bruce Ronnie and Brenda Alexander who raised Belle as daughter.

There will be no public services held.
