Gordon Lee Neighbors – (68) of Olive Hill, Kentucky passed away at home on January 4, 2021. Lee was born in Mansfield, Ohio on March 26, 1952 to the late George Leonard & Myrtle (Davis) Neighbors.
Lee joined the United States Marine Corps. Later Lee drove a truck for 21 years off and on. Lee enjoyed playing music on his guitar, fishing, watching old movies, Wheel of Fortune, and old reruns of the Andy Griffith Show. He also loved his little dog Chica.
In addition to his parents, Lee was preceded in death by his wife of 18 years, Audrey (Duncan) Neighbors, his three siblings – Two brothers Charles Lue Neighbors & Leonard Arthur Neighbors and one sister Myrtle Mae Neighbors.
Lee is survived by his daughter Melissa Ann (Mike) Schildhouse, of Hersey, MI; three step-daughters Trista Davis of New York, Amanda Cooper of Olive Hill, KY, and Angela (McCoy) Brown of Holland, MI; one step-son Donald (DJ) Shuck of Morehead, KY; two brothers George Franklin Neighbors of Mt Vernon, OH and Ralph Lawrence Neighbors of Olive Hill, KY, one sister Diane (Randy) Klunder of Zeeland, MI; and three grandsons Zachary & Chase Schildhouse, and Jacoby Baker.
A private viewing for the family was held at 10:00 am Saturday, January 16, 2021 at Duvall & Moore Cremation Service, 149 Whitt Street, Olive Hill, KY.
