Glen Turner, 83, of Louisville, KY entered into rest Friday Morning January 5, 2024, at Baptist East Hospital in Louisville. He was born November 8, 1940, in Garrett, KY, a son of the late Sara Moore Turner and Cledis Turner. Glen was United States Army Veteran and retired from General Electric in Louisville, KY, he was also of the Baptist Faith.
Glen Enjoyed Singing, Hunting, U.K. Basketball and spending time with his family. He was a loving Husband, Father, and Grandfather.
In addition to his parents Glen was preceded in death by His Loving Wife Daisy Tuner, five brothers, Alen, Ancil, Ervil, Atwel, and Denzil Turner, and two sisters; Iwana Moore and Dana Collins.
He is survived by one Son Robin Glen Turner of Louisville, KY , two grandsons Connor and Cody Turner of Louisville, KY; two brothers Vernal Turner of Garrett, KY, Sherb Turner of Berlin Heights, OH; five sisters, Fonetta Boyd and Lana Leach both of Vermillion, OH, Jeanette Hoover, and Linda Prater both of Wayne, MI, Violet Rowe, of McHenry, IL.
In addition to these Glen is survived a Host of Nieces, Nephews, Relatives and Friends that will forever cherish his Memory.
Memorial Services will be conducted 9:30 AM Saturday May 25, 2024 at the Harry Lee Moore Cemetery on Turkey Creek, Garrett, KY with Bro. Willy Duff Officiating.
