Geneva Frazier

1929-2020

Geneva Carroll Frazier, age 91, of Olive Hill, KY, entered into rest Friday morning, December 11, 2020 at the Carter Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, after a brief illness.

She was born in Carter County on March 10, 1929, to the late Cecil and Sable Binion Carroll. Geneva was a member of Three Pine Freewill Baptist Church. She worked at various local sewing factories, and after retirement she enjoyed volunteering at the Grahn Community Center and Meals on Wheels.

In addition to her parents; she was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Paul Frazier; one sister, Louise; one niece, Jama; and one infant daughter, Caroline Sue.

Geneva is survived by one daughter, Linda (Curt) Justice; one grandson, Sam Justice; two nephews, Ron Lowe and Tim Lowe and families. She also leaves behind many other nieces, nephews, family and friends who will deeply miss her.

A private funeral service will be conducted at the Duvall & Moore Funeral Home & Cremation Service with Bro. Gary Sparks officiating. A private burial will follow at the Nelson-Carroll Cemetery.

Friends and Family will serve as Pallbearers.

In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to Three Pine Freewill Baptist Church, or to the church of your choice, in Geneva’s memory.
