David Wayne Parish

David Wayne Parish, 60, Of Olive Hill, KY, entered into rest Sunday afternoon, April 27, 2025, at UK St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead, KY. He was born on December 31, 1964, in Ashland, KY, a son, of the late Chalmer Parish and Mary Opal Spears.

David was of the Apostolic faith and a retired Pipeliner out of Local 798. He was an avid dog lover; spending his time spoiling his boy, Blue.

 In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Roxanne Ellington, and Larna Binion.

He is survived by his step-daughter, Angie Richmond; one brother, William “Bill” (Tammie) Parish; four nieces, Melissa Sparks, Andrea Parish, Lori Lowe, and Brenda Damron; and several great-nieces and nephews. In addition to these he leaves behind a host of other family and friends that will cherish his memory.

In keeping with David’s wishes, there will be no public viewing or services.  A private celebration of life will be conducted at a later date.
