Brian Douglas Perry, 46, of Olive Hill, KY entered into rest Friday, February 27, 2026, at UK St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead, KY.  He was born December 8, 1979, in Ashland, KY to Glenna Middleton Perry and the late William Fredrick Perry.

Doug was of the Baptist faith.  In his free time, he enjoyed attending car shows and working on vehicles. His favorite pastime was to settle down with a can of Pringles and a cold pop, and spending time with his fur baby daughter, Chloe Belle.

In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by one sister, Angela Salyers; paternal grandparents, Jess and Virginia Perry; maternal grandparents, Cecil and Nancy Barker; and his mother and father-in-law, Glen and Betty Hedge.

In addition to his mother, Doug is survived by his wife of 10 years, Patty Hedge Perry; one sister, Donna (Junior) Logan; one brother, Tim (Margie) Garvin; his fur baby daughter, Chloe Bell; several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. In addition to these, he leaves behind a host of other family and friends who will greatly miss him.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM, Friday, March 6, 2026 at the Duvall & Moore Funeral Home & Cremation Service with Bro. Ron Johnson officiating.  Burial will follow at the Roar Cemetery in Olive Hill, KY.

Friends may visit from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Friday, March 6, 2026 at the Duvall & Moore Funeral & Cremation Service, 149 Whitt Street, Olive Hill, KY 41164.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
