Bonnie B Hanshaw

Bonnie B. Hanshaw, age 69, of Olive Hill, KY, entered into rest Tuesday evening, October 5, 2021 at UK Medical Center in Lexington, KY. She was born in Carter County, KY, on February 19, 1952, to the late Richard Allen and Thelma Irena Henderson Boggs.

Bonnie was of the Apostolic faith.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her spouse, Donald Hanshaw; five half-sisters, Wilma Carpenter, Zelma Gearhart, Charlene Elswick, Stella Mae Louk, and Vern Schuler; one brother, Robert Boggs; and four half-brothers, Glendon Paul Boggs, James Boggs, Douglas Boggs, and Virgil Boggs.

She is survived by three daughters, Misty Hanshaw, Cindi (Dwayne) Laney, and Anita Hanshaw; two sisters, Jessie Mae Boggs and Brenda Sparks; three brothers, Richard Boggs, Larry Boggs, and Danny Boggs; and four grandchildren, Sybal, Katy, Aubrie, and Preslie. In addition to these, she leaves behind a host of family and friends who will greatly miss her.

Graveside services will be conducted at 3:00 PM, Sunday, October 10, 2021 at the Hanshaw Family Cemetery in Olive Hill, KY.
