Betty Jo (Johnson) Miller, 88, of Mansfield, passed away on Tuesday, January 1, 2019.
Betty was born on March 17, 1930 in Olive Hill, KY. to Robert and A. Myrtle (Holbrook) Wilson. She enjoyed quilting, crocheting, bowling, embroidering, and going out to eat.
She is survived by a daughter, Sheila (Carlos Mascarenas) Johnson; step-son, John (Mary) Miller; sister, Mildred Sparks-Stone; sister-in-laws, Lillie Wilson and Irene Wilson; step-grandchildren, Leslie, Mike, and Mark; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Charles Miller; twin sister, Bessie J. Smith; brothers, W. Herbert Wilson, Ed Holbrook, E. Woodrow Wilson, Robert Wilson, Homer “Jack” Wilson, and Noah L. Wilson; sisters, L. Maxine Gregory, M. Kathleen Blevins, Christine Wilson, Lola M. Wilson, and Gracie E. Wilson; and step-daughter, Charlene Baus.
Calling hours will be from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Friday, January 4, 2019, at Werner Gompf Funeral Services, ltd, 1106 Park Ave. East, Mansfield. Funeral services will be on Friday at 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Graveside service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 5, 2019 at Garvin Ridge Cemetery in Olive Hill, Ky. Local arrangements are under the direction of Duvall & Moore Funeral Home in Olive Hill, KY.
