Amanda Nicole Goodman, age 35 of Olive Hill, KY entered into rest Sunday morning, July 21, 2025 at UK-St. Claire Healthcare in Morehead, KY after a short, courageous battle with cancer.  She was born March 18, 1989 in Morehead, KY a daughter of the late Homer Goodman and Geneva Hamm.

Amanda was a Homemaker and a member of Gregoryville Christian Church. She graduated from Rowan County Highschool in 2007 and attended Morehead State University graduating with a Bachelors Degree in Social Work and University Studies, and was working toward her Bachelors degree in Counseling.   Amanda loved to coach youth soccer and was active with the West Carter Middle School Soccer and Wrestling Boosters. She also enjoyed spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two aunts and a uncle, Lynda Bates, Eula Crisp and Charlie Hamm.

She is survived by her fiancée Brandon Suttles; three daughters Brayleigh Suttles, Kyleigh Jo Suttles, Klaryn Suttles; one son Kently Johnston; Heather Turner and Dottie Jo Henson whom she considered to be here sisters; two aunts and one uncle, Betty Day and her husband Phil, Beulah Holbrook. special cousins, Brittany Lewis, Sarah McDowell, Rachel Jones, Renee Johnson, McKenzie Rogers and Kaityln Rogers. In addition to these she leaves a host of relatives and friends that will cherish her memory.

Funeral Services will be conducted 1:00 PM Friday July 26, 2024 at the Duvall & Moore Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Olive Hill, KY with Bro. Ron Arnette and Bro. Jason McGlone Officiating. Burial will follow in the McFerren Cemetery in Olive Hill, KY. Family and Friends will serve as Pallbearers.

Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 PM Thursday July 25, 2024 at the Duvall & Moore Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 149 Whitt Street, Olive Hill, KY 41164.
