William Johnny Workman, age 59, of Vanceburg, KY, formerly of Olive Hill, KY, entered into rest Monday morning, January 16, 2017 at Vanceburg Rehabilitation Center.

Johnny was born on December 28, 1957, in Grayson, KY, to the late William Russell and Opal Faye Henderson Workman. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Lou Jesse and Patricia Sue Sammons and one bother Jimmy Dale Workman.

Mr. Workman is survived by one son, John Boy “Buckwheat” Hall; one sister, Mary Gilliam, and two brothers, Jerry Workman and Roger Workman.

The family will receive friends for a Celebration of Johnny’s Life on Saturday, January 21, 2017 from 12:00 -2:00 PM at the Duvall and Moore Funeral Home and Cremation Service 149 Whitt St. Olive Hill, KY.
