Russell “Rusty” Easter, 58, of Grayson, KY, entered into rest, Friday, December 6, 2019 at Carter Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Grayson, KY. He was born, August 4, 1961, in Mansfield, OH, a son to the late Rozan Greenhill.

Russell enjoyed putting model cars together in his free time but his life calling was helping others. He started his career as an EMT and was very proud of his accomplishment in attaining his Paramedics license and degree. Russell thrived to help others as if it was a calling.  The love for his work was very inspirational to others.

He is survived by one son, Jason Easter (Stormi); one daughter, Trista Cooper; two sisters, Cheryll McGlone and Patsy Humphries; one brother, Joe Easter (Rebecca); and four grandchildren, Jada, Khloe, Kinsley and Jacoby. Russell also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends who will greatly miss him.

In addition to his mother, Russell was preceded in death by his grandmother, Pearl Spencer “Granny Pearl”.

Funeral Services will be conducted 5:00 PM Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at the Duvall & Moore Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Olive Hill, KY with Bro. David Rayburn officiating.

Friends may call 6:00 - 9:00 PM, Tuesday, December 10, 2019 and after 3:00 PM and until the time of service on Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at the Duvall & Moore Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 149 Whitt Street, Olive Hill, KY.
