1955-2019

Connie Sue Burchett, 63, of Grayson, KY entered into rest Tuesday morning, June 4, 2019 at her residence.  She was born in Hitchens, KY, June 5, 1955, a daughter of Shirley Virgin Gifford and the late Kenneth Earl Gifford.

Connie was a member of Lakeroad Freewill Baptist Church.  She loved her dogs and enjoyed going dancing at The Red Barn.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her companion of 27 years, Bobby Bryant; one daughter, Elizabeth Smith; one sister, Phyllis Ann Gifford; and one grandson, Bradley Joe Davis.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by two daughters, Tammy Johnson (Chris) of Grayson and Dena Davis (Joe) of Olive Hill; two step-sons, Arthur Bryant (Celena Charles) of Michigan and Bobby James Bryant (Tonya) of Kansas; two sisters, Debbie Hardin of Harrodsburg, KY and Mary Bryce of Shelbyville, KY; three brothers, Kenneth Gifford Jr. (Roxanne) of Ohio, Jerry Gifford (Glenna) of Olive Hill, Richard Gifford (Jenny) of South Carolina; six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and one special friend of 30 years, Debbie Gilliam.

Funeral Services will be conducted 1:30, Friday, June 7, 2019 at Duvall & Moore Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Bethel Cemetery in Olive Hill, KY.

Friends may visit from 11:00 AM -1:30 PM, Friday, June 7, 2019 at the Duvall & Moore Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 149 Whitt Street, Olive Hill, KY.
