Betty Lou Hedge, 79, of Olive Hill, KY, entered into rest Monday, October 15, 2018 at her residence.  She was born September 11, 1939 in Carter County, KY, a daughter of the late Alvis and Viola McGlone.

Mrs. Hedge was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her kids and grandkids.

Betty is survived by her husband of 50 years, Glen H. Hedge; two sons, Glen Dewayne (Sheila) Hedge and Michael Hedge (Lindsay Duncan); one daughter, Patty (Doug) Perry; one brother, Bob (Vicky) Edmonds; three sisters, Faye (Ruffus) Middleton, Kaye Carpenter (James Humphries) and Bonnie (Vernon) Middleton; five grandchildren, Kiesha Hedge, Kellie Walters, William Hedge, Brandon Hedge, and Kaden Hedge; and three great-grandchildren, Kalli Utley, Kasey Dickerson, and Marleigh Walters. She also leaves behind two very special friends, Michelle Carper and Jean Manning.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00pm on Friday, October 19, 2018 at the Duvall & Moore Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the Hedge Cemetery in Olive Hill, KY.
