Stanley Boggs 83, of Ashland, KY formerly of Olive Hill, KY passed away Monday December 7, 2015 at the Hospice Care Center in Ashland, KY. Stanley was born March 13, 1932 in Carter County to the late Thurman and Bessie Bear Boggs. Mr. Boggs was a farmer and of the Christian faith and a member of the Macedonia Church. Stanley enjoyed attending church whenever he could and loved the Lord.

Mr. Boggs is survived by one brother Ernest Boggs of Paris, KY and one sister Vicie Jearleen Romans of Kenova, WV. In addition to his parents he is proceeded in death by six brothers, Arnold Boggs, Kenneth Boggs, Dennis Boggs, Thurman Boggs Jr., Billy Gene Boggs, and Raymond Boggs, and two sisters, Sharon Boggs and Nancy Stinnett.

Funeral Services will be conducted Wednesday December 9, 2015 at 1:00 PM at the Duvall and Moore Funeral Home 149 Whitt St. Olive Hill, KY with the Old Regular Baptist Ministers officiating.

Visitation will be Tuesday December 8, 2015 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the funeral home.
