1960-2018

Robert “Alex” Hall, 57, of Olive Hill, KY, entered into rest Thursday, February 15, 2018 at his residence.  He was born March 24, 1960 in Grayson, KY, a son of Mabel Lorraine Crawford Hall & the late George Robert “Shorty” Hall. 

Alex, a Christian for 21 years, was a member of James Chapel Community Holiness Church. A retired truck driver of 23 years, he was last employed by Bulk First. Mr. Hall enjoyed hunting, fishing and guns.  He enjoyed spending time with his grandbabies and being able to share and talk about the Lord.

In addition to his mother, Alex is survived by his wife Lisa Ann Langel Hall; one son, Robert Anthony Hall (Crystal); one daughter, Elizabeth Lorrine McNeil (Brian); two sisters Karen Irene Workman (Jerry) and Betty Mary Jo Hall; two grandchildren, Madalene Grace McNeil and Wesley Gage Hall. He also leaves behind numerous, wonderful friends, church family and relatives who will sadly mourn his passing.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00am on Sunday, February 18, 2018 at James Chapel Church with Bro. Matt Blankenship and Bro. C.J. James officiating.  Burial will follow at the Hall Cemetery in Olive Hill, KY.

Friends may call after 6:00pm, Saturday, February 17, 2018 at the Duvall & Moore Funeral Home and Cremation Service, located at 149 Whitt Street, Olive Hill, KY and Sunday, February 18, 2018 from 9:00am-11:00am at James Chapel Church.
